He has this great series on how to start a meditation habit. He says lot of people start habits like young cows pee. All at once.
People who start habits like old cows pee have more success — a little bit, then a little bit more, then a little bit more.
Be like old cows pee.
If you’re having trouble making a change completely draw back a little (don’t draw ack completely though) and then keep advancing a little bit at a time.
